Staying in a suite in the hotel's basement next to the parking garage was quite unusual and disappointing despite the cleanliness and spaciousness. The convenience of accessing our rooms via the elevator was a plus, especially as we preferred staying indoors. The service, although limited in English, was accommodating and included a smooth airport transfer. The hotel's location, situated between the Central Station and the airport, offered convenience but lacked appeal in the surrounding area. The dining experience, despite its sufficient Italian-style offerings, could be improved in terms of presentation. The facilities were adequate for a comfortable stay.
